Christmas present for my sister and she was thrilled to bits - exactly what she needed!

The items purchased arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and exactly as portrayed on website. This was a Christmas present for a friend and she was delighted with the items. So we were both very pleased. Thank you.

I was phoned when there was an issue with my order before Christmas to re-assure me that, even with the postal strike, it would be delivered on time. Really helpful and great customer service.

Quality raised bed kits (2) delivered on time and well packaged.
Delivery was not trackable(no photos or confirmation of delivery) so difficult to confirm if not there? Delivery was placed in safe location required.
Excellent kits with easily understood instructions.

I bought three netted “slot and lock” bean towers and they’re a real faff to assemble especially for the price! At over £100 each I really expected the patented “slot and lock” system to do just that. Not have to get the tape measure and power-tools out myself to push, tug, align, square and screw into place. As for the netting, that’s a second phase to the assembly project in its own right. Way overpriced

The bird feeder was well designed and manufactured.

From the illustration I believed the rake was fitted with 'wider' plastic tines: instead they were thin metal tines.

Black metal coat hooks ordered are as described and excellent quality. No fuss ordering process and speedy delivery.

I ordered some bubble wrap before Christmas that I never received, on stating this on my review Harrod were quick to get in touch and reinburse me, I was impressed with there response although the real problem lays with the delivery company.

A great delivery service- however I jumped the gun for utilising this bean support-the ground too frosty to attempt any outside work!

Brought this arch as a replacement for my daughter and son in law. They are delighted with the look and quality which will last.

I won't sum boxes to grow veg I ordered a single box after talking to the gentleman at Harrods who gave me some sound advice which I am following thank you
